Bringing a foreign employee to Regional Detroit can be a daunting prospect. There are legal issues, documents to translate, family needs to address, but once you have relocated an international employee, where do you go from there? Traditional relocation often stops short of ensuring the inpatriate’s successful immersion in the new culture, leaving them without the tools to adapt to daily life in the United States B.E.S. Inc. has developed a program designed to give support to international employees for the duration of their stay.
